For new models: when the phone is switched off, press and hold the Volume Down key + Home key + Power key. Release the keys when the warning appears. Press the volume up key once. The download mode opens.
If you want to download a single file larger than 200 MB with tar or md5 extension from the firmware file
1: Opening Odin program
2:re-partition section is not checked
3:PDA or AP button click. We choose the only file with the extension of tar or md5 downloaded to our computer.
4:we put our phone into download mode and connect it to the computer via USB cable.
ID:Com the COM port number will appear in the boxes under the caption.
5:when it appears, we click the Start button and start the installation. (As shown below)
